Working principle:
An induction plate cooker applies the principle of electromagnetic induction.When there is a supply of electricity,
the induction coil generates a magnetic field,causing eddy currents to be rapidly created in the bottom of the
ferromagnetic cookware thatultimately result in heat. The heat is directly transferred to the food being cooked.
It is different from that of traditional electric cooker.

Personal recommendation:
1.There is a small box near the iron plate,and a small hole at the edge of the iron plate groove ,the used oil or water
can flow from the hole to the box.So makes a clean andconvenient working condition.
2.It preheating fast,so you can shut off the power to save energy when you do not need to grill foods.
3.There is no heat remain,so it will not produce so much heat which can offer you a cool conditions,also can reduce
the risk of greenhouse effect.
